REGISTERS & CHECKLISTS
In terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (1993), occupational health and safety in the workplace should be monitored on a regular basis. To ensure compliance SASM has developed a wide variety of registers and checklists to assist in every aspect. A checklist is not a replacement for a complete safety program but should be used only as a reminder of the potential risk areas.
ESSENTIAL CD CHECKLISTS
SASM has developed the checklists CD as all companies need to have the correct checklists in place to ensure compliance to AARTO and the rules of the road
The CD contains the following checklists: Checklists for vehicles; Checklist for drivers; Driver Assessment ; Forklift checklist; General Vehicle checklist.
The checklists will be Customized with your company logo
How will these checklists help me/benefits?
The checklists are defiantly a must. The CD contains checklists that they are applicable to AARTO, For example they indicate how many demerit points you will get for which Roadworthy issues (This way you can educate your drivers while they are completing the checklists)
As the checklists are on CD format it means you can print unlimited amount of copies for your company
